To assist we will need some details...
1) where are you located?
2) aircraft still under warranty?
3) if you upload telemetry here, several members can interpret... add .txt to the file extension to upload.

Need a little help getting you the telemetry file. Can you give me details on how to extract and send.

OK, see this posting I made, that includes instructions for accessing the telemetry:

You are in the US and the timeframe of your purchase is within the 1 year warranty period. However Yuneec, obviously reserves the right to make decisions on what qualifies as a covered event. Follow the instructions to extract the telemetry files from all Flight Log directories, to send to Yuneec.

Is the crash because of the way you were flying or do you think it was because something failed?
