CT Drone Laws

CT UAS pilots: I’m having a heck of a time finding anything concerning current requirements to fly in CT. I’ve found the DEEP law forbidding operation in state parks, forests, and the like but not much more. Also, I live within 5 miles of a municipal airport. Would I call the tower to let them know I’m flying? Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
