They can control what takes place on the surface, but they cannot regulate the NAS. Just like national parks have done, they prohibit take offs & landings within the park boundaries. You could still legally fly over the property. Obviously if you live there you won't want to fly as they will find other reasons to hassle you. Best tip is to never live inside an HOA.

Man, I'm glad I saw this, just saved me $500. I will never fly there again.
