Just got a mantis Q and it will not bind with my phone it is saying the drone is controlled by another device. It’s getting ready to go back to Best Buy unless someone can tell me how to fix this

Read the user manual from this thread Mantis Q Manuals for the binding procedure. You want the Mantis Q to be bound to the controller and linked to the phone via the USB-C cable.
Placing the phone in airplane mode so cellular, WiFi, and Bluetooth are disabled can help the binding process.

I know this is an old thread. I had the same error code. I remembered that I recently changed out the memory card I also noticed the fan was not running while on. I turned off the drone and popped out the new memory card and put in the old memory card. Turned it back on and fan started running then the remote paired with the drone. Hope this helps someone else with the same issue.
