FAA Numbers

How are you marking your Typhoon H? Something that you stick on or using stenciled-on letters?

I just use a label maker. I put my FAA number and my phone number on both the controller and the H.

I bought some from a supplier on Amazon. Yeah, $13 (Hobby version is cheaper) but that's not a big deal to me, and they look great plus come with a credit card style copy of your FAA Registration. You get (4) sets of 3 labels, (4) battery labels and the FAA Registration Card. Pretty nifty and (IMHO) a professional touch.

I used a vinyl cutter to make my number. I placed it on an arm of my H+

For the non commercial stuff I go a bit "low brow" and just use a silver Sharpie to write the numbers on the top shell. I mean, it's the FAA right, and what have they done for us anyway?

We have to apply registration numbers here in Canada as well. I used my Brother labeller with a 12 mm tape. I then used wide packing tape to cover it. Easy to remove but stays in place.

I got a bunch of great customs stickers for my 2 TH480 birds from UAVStickers.com but their website seems to be defunct at the moment.

I just make some Mailing labels in WORD with Avery 18660 Labels.
Made one page and remove and replace when they fade.

I was thinking of this route but was going to tape it on top of the H body

Size wise.....self stick so No Tape Needed
