Fatshark Dom v3 on ST16 - Grey Screen

Hello,

i have here a problem. I read that some of you tested the Dom v3 already on the ST16.

So today i bought mine.

I switched the RC switch to 0
Started the ST16
Started the Copter
Plugged the HDMI cable in the ST16 (the one that was in the package of the fatshark. The mini HDMI Cable with the Adapter on it that also was in the package)
Plugged in the Powercable in the Fatshark.. But i don`t see anything.. only a grey screen. I switched between the channels HDMI 2D HDMI 3D but only a grey screen in the goggle.

When i went into the ST16 HDMI Config (Tap 5 times on the ABOUT Button in the Configuration of the ST16)
i can see that no HDMI is connected?

So do you have any clues?

Does the Do v3 really works with the ST16?
Could be the problem the HDMI Cable?

Do i have to plug in and start the devices in a special sequence?

Join the club. The HDMI output is not 100% compliant with the hdcp handshake. I have many LCD monitors that do not work and only one that does. I have tried two ST16s from different batches a few months apart. Will wait till winter before sending them in to Yuneec UK.

Hmmm tried the ST16 on my 4K UHD Samsung

HDMI is working fine there...

Same here, works fine on Sony and Samsung 4K TVs. The snag is they are a bit big to carry around!

Bought today a new high quality HDMI Cable.

Now the Fat Shark Dom v3 works excellent on my ST 16
