I have noticed flying the sim that a drone loses lift the faster you go. I think its the prop angle. You can see this as you speed up and slow down on your bike.Ha.......well the altitude hold isn't that accurate. I would stay 20' high at a min when flying fast. Maybe 10' if flying slow. And a separation to the Wizard about 50' for varying speeds and fast changes in direction. Ah....but you already know that now.

Yes, rapid acceleration will cause a loss of altitude because of the angle change. The altimeter isn't sensitive enough to compensate quickly. At higher altitudes you never see the change but in low level flight it becomes a critical consideration. Sooo....flying low and fast requires skill and concentration. Doing so in autonomous modes is risky.
