My android app has a digital zoom. But the stream is of too bad quality, so I don't think it's worth mention it, when you try to find a child in the woods.

Yeah you can digital zoom on the ST-16 while in flight, will have to play with it some more when my H gets back.

How do you achieve a digital zoom on the ST-16

to enable go into settings, accessibility,magnification gestures,turn on

to zoom do a triple tap then use pinch to use gestures in and out and and two fingers to move around

It doesn't record with digital zoom though.
If you want real zoom get a H920, but you will see why they are not very practical as yet

The instructions just to be clear has nothing to do with recording video. Its to zoom in your LCD screen on the ST16 like on a Ipad or compatible smart phone.
