Breeze will not go higher than 15 feet high. I am totally lost at it. Tried calibrate it and make sure settings are correct. Simply does not want to go any higher.

There are a couple of things that have caused that condition in the past.
The first is that you may be in a restricted airspace, and the Breeze Cam app is limiting the height you can fly at.

Did you go to Drone settings in the Breeze Cam app (has to be done with the Craft on) and scroll over to max height setting and make sure it wasn't set at 15 feet (Geofence in Pilot Mode page). If you changed it without the craft on, it wouldn't take. I did that once.
