It's been a couple years since my last flight. The batteries have been stored at 50% in a battery charger, yet they have seen no use since the last flight. They are not swollen, but while calibrating the gimbal and the accelerometer, I did see a voltage drop of about 10%. Should I replace them or just keep a close eye on voltage while flying?

The battery condition can be evaluated by checking the internal resistance (IR).
If you don't have a meter to check the IR, deplete the battery to 70-80%. Then use a voltmeter to check the voltages or each cell. A cell which shows much lower voltage than the other cells indicates the battery may not be reliable.
If you wish to test the flight capacity, hover about 2' above a very soft surface (tall grass or weeds). Let it hover while watching the voltage drop on the monitor. A rapid drop is a bad sign.
