To answer questions I’ve seen here, I apologize for delay in responding. Having been disabled, as mentioned in the original post, I don’t look at this site as often as I used to. I’ve had it for sale in other places, as well. Sometimes I thought I had it sold, turned out to be a false hope.
As far as a “set price” for shipping, I agree it would make life easier, however, I only ship via UPS, and they charge by the address (ship from/to).

I hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
