So who's planning to film the fireworks on the one night a year when you can predict their timing to the minute ?! I'm going to spend NYE with my mum, and her neighbour always does an epic firework show, so I am wondering if I can launch from her garden just before midnight without creating a major incident

ill be following the yellow brick road to a pub looking for the wizard of oz for a heart and singing auld lang syne and partying till at least 3am
