Hello - Yuneec typhoon q500 4k Camera Andoid App

Hello, I am new to flying. And purchased a used yuneec typhoon q500 4k with hopes to fly up Chritmas Lights on my 35 foot Blue Spruce. All is working as planed but curious is there an app for the Camera that works with current android phones? The app will not stay connected to the wifi

You might have better luck with an older version of the app which can be found on APKPure site. https://apkpure.com/cgo3/com.yuneec.android.flyingexpert/versions

You may find that the camera will stay connected longer if you place the phone in airplane mode and then enable WiFi. Android is notorious for always wanting to be connected to the internet and will try to switch to a connection that provides it.
