Help! I updated my ST16S and now the controller is acting weird. All the switches across the top seem to have switched positions and or are not functional at all. I tried doing a factory reset to no avail. Would someone be so kind as to give me some direction/assistance? Right now my mind is in a fog and I just seem to be going in circles. Thanks

First, I need to know which version of the ST16S you have. It may be for HPlus, H520, H520E, etc. I can then move your thread to the correct forum.
