Who knows if Yuneec is a dead company or not for the USA division? They used to be great at customer service but seem to be unreachable now.

Yuneec has dropped the consumer line of drones and only build commercial models such as the H520.
They are in the process of establishing a US operation but the website is not yet fully complete.

If you need technical assistance this is the best place to find it.
