carry on size limits (varies by airline) are 9x14x22 and need to be a certain size/shape.....so this probably won't make it on a plane.

how about under the seat? Cant see the dimensions for that.

storage under the seat varies depending on airline, type of aircraft and even which seat you have in front of you, so I wouldn't count on anything fitting under there.
