Is the cgo3+/gimbal removable?

Is the cgo3+/gimbal on the Typhoon H removable to work with the steadygrip like the previous models were?

The camera assembly is removable, but unfortunately it won't slide on to the existing Q500 steady grip because clearance issue. I don't have one but that is what other users were commenting on. Hopefully Yuneec will come up wit a solution if not someone else will.

It won't work on the Steadygrip but it will work on the ActionCam.
