You really need to find a better way to express your opinion, than what is quoted above.
Troll or not, what he is stating about them being illegal unless you possess the proper Amateur Radio license is true. That the FCC has not gone after the producers or those that use them illegally is immaterial. If you use it you are subject to prosecution if the FCC so chooses.
As for my expression of opinion ‘“ Go turn your transmitter on without any antennas .“

same it should be if u r not causing any trouble or flying stupidly or knocking cell phones out of whack they should just leave u alone till u do something stupid

So many of us forget that we all do stupid stuff. It's when that stupid stuff causes violations of people's rights, their property, their persons or the environment that gov't should get involved. Unfortunately the gov't has sold us a bill of goods and thinks that we should pay them for not wearing a seatbelt. Name 1 person who's committed a real crime for not wearing their seatbelt?
Don't see the gov't ticketing motorcycle riders for not wearing a seatbelt! It's time for us to put back gov't into pandora's box.
