Hi,

Noticed that the KP Index is well over 6 for today.

Has anyone had any issues with their flight or has all drones with GNS guidance decided that it's too hot today?

In my case it's the Campaign Against Aviation (CAA) ;-)

Can solar activity be regional or does the index change quite quickly (as in KPI 6.5 one minute and then over 7 the next)?
Just interested as I'm new to all things UAV.
KB, where were you when you took that reading?

i think the KP index being one half point apart dose not really matter . if you phone app said it is OK to fly i would not worry even though some flyers have said they will only fly if the KP index is 2 or less and then a lot of people don't even care about the index high or low . last Thursday the index was at 7 and a little latter at a 9 , that's the highest i have seen it , i chose not to fly because the wind was also gusting all day .
