I'm planning on carrying my TH lipos and transmitter on board with me as carry on luggage. I've got the lipo bags for each battery (bringing 3 with me).

- do I need to declare anything with the TSA as I get scanned?
- what charge level should the lipos have when being transported on a plane?
- should each battery have a certain min/max number of charges/discharges in order for safe transport (such as don't bring a battery thats been recharged 2 times as you won't know how it will behave during pressure changes or don't bring a battery that has 100 recharges as it may have weak cells, etc)?

just wanting to make sure I have no problems during transport.

thanks!

You should be good to go, no need to raise it with security at the airport. They have seen it all before.
