my breeze isn't Wi-Fi connected

i'm using galaxy S9+
I saw a green light on breeze
And I entered the Wi-Fi password from my smartphone.
But I can't connect.
Is it because i didn't update firmware?
 
If you were able to enter a password there must have been some kind of connection. So please describe what the error message was and what you did exactly.

Try the following in just that order:
  • Set your phone to airplane mode.
  • Switch on your Breeze by pressing the on/off button until the 3-tone beeps are heard.
  • Wait till the left fore-leg of your Breeze shows a green light
  • Start the Breeze App on your phone
  • On the screen "Weclome to your Breeze" tap the WiFi symbol.
  • You will be taken to a screen telling you to activate your WLAN
  • When prompted to enter the password (1234567890) do so and go back to the app.
  • A two tone sound can be heard and a message window opns telling "Connected to Breeze_xxxx"
In some very rare cases (when something went wrong with the app's cache) you might just get a blue WiFi indicator whereas the symbols for IRS, optical flow, GPS, magnetic sensor are still greyed out. In that case you only need to shut down the app and restart it to have full connectivity.
