My q500 4 k camera won't record video

Hi guys newbie , I posted hello in the introduction forum
I got the 500 4K used , it does not record video, just pics , I've tried several cards 2 new , they all record just fine in my other cameras and play back just fine
Both my controller and phone shows it as recording , I've read the threads start record proper shut off and so on still no video , once my batteries charge for the hand held I'm going to try that , could it be in the wiring or Is the camera sending wifi internal and the wires or just for gimbal,
So frustrating lol

Tell us exactly how you are trying to record video.
What type of card are you using,
Give us step by step from start to finish.

Sandisk , uhs -1 32 , 16 ultra plus at 80 mbs I put it in turn on controller turn on drone it synced drone and camera hit camera take pics hit video shows recording , also red eye ball in right corner hit goes green tried it both ways stop video, turn off drone then controller tried that both ways also , linked camera to phone app tried all above and the same outcome get pics no video

"Eyeball" is not related to start/stop video. The eyeball is "watch me / Follow me" modes. See pages 14 and 15 of the manual provided by @DoomMeister for more detail on that subject.
