my yuneec drone Q500 4k camera gimble wont go up or down?

my yuneec Q500 4K drone is working fine except my gimble will not look up or down through my controler . but camera is working just no response when i try to look down anyone know what is going on with my drone

Yup. There are a host of things that can interfere with the Tilt (pitch) control function. Assuming the camera otherwise stays straight and level, there are a couple things that are are pretty common.
1.) A stuck spring in the camera mount. If the spring that carries the control signal is stuck down, it does not make contact, resulting in no tilt control. See:

2.) A failed transistor on the main drone control board. Yuneec included a spare on the board that is probably still ready to place in service. See:
