To all,
A member on another forum, that has been watching what the FAA was doing, and has done, as well as the AMA and other "Representatives" selected to assist the FAA with the "Reg-U-Lations" they are trying to foist upon us.
There was a great deal of wording in these decisions that indicated "A Community Based Organization, such as the AMA", regarding exemptions, and other privileges that the average RC pilot would not be entitled to.
So became the birth of;
http://www.dontflystupid.org/
For those of you that do not wish to send your money to the AMA, and be confined to their rules, and have your money do absolutely nothing for you, other than grant you access to flying fields where multirotors are not generally welcomed, then keep your money, and join "Don't Fly Stupid". Free to join, free to quit, and get all the perks that the AMA tried to get just for their members (and may still) from the FAA.
This is a National Orginazation that the FAA will have to recognize, as we meet all of their requirements of a
Community Based Organization, such as the AMA.
