i just took the plunge and signed up for the pre-order list on the new Typhoon H. I run a part time photo business and I'd love to get into aerials once the FAA sorts out the drone operator rules (not a private pilot yet). One of the areas I'm interested in is alternative spectrums (I used to shoot b&w IR film back in the day). I have a modded DSLR that shoots some nice color IR, and I heard Yuneec would be putting together an IR camera for the H at some point. Wondering if anyone else does IR with their drones? Modded cams anyone? BTW, I'm a computer nerd by trade, and I'm in the Mesa, AZ area. Oh, and wife, kids, dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, etc...;-)

Welcome Joe, I too am a new drone pilot. Go luck with your use of the Yueneec H my limited experience with Yuneec dronees (Q500 4K) has been good. I am hoping the "H" will be just as good.
