Doug f am in coatbridge just outside Glasgow that's were I bought mine go straight to yuneec UK I did with my 2 battery warrantys as drones direct wanted me to send the whole thing to them when it was just the 2 batteries 0208 449 4321

Go to drones direct website and print off ur invoice and send that with ur drone to yuneec that's all u need to do you don't need a RMA for yuneec uk
