Newbie and looking for upgrades.

I have a bid on an almost new Q500 4K. If I don't win then it looks like a refurbished one from Yuneec.
I was wondering if there are screen protectors available for the ST10 ground station?
Are the gimble sticks adjustable for hight and be converted to umbrella type knobs like I put on my old DX7?

@gimbal stick - the "steadygrip" is not height adjustable.
