I have now learned to trust the camera view at night. The ET low light camera can see much better than my eyes in low light conditions.

One broken motor arm and 3 props. Luckily it dropped into a soft snow bank so no damage to the camera.

Ouch for sure.

I wouldn't have trusted my eyes in that light. I'd have used OA and prayed it worked.

Yes it does. The standard H has the sonar obstacle avoidance, and you can have one with the 'Realscence' avoidance system.

Not all pilots have them switched on for all flights and some, including me, have never switched OA on, ever.
