Just checked out their site...quite disappointed:
1. Pricing for new products are by far the highest I've seen, in some cases over 50%! (See Q500 4K basic bundle $999 vs $425 on Amazon)
2. This tells me that replacement parts are going to be high for repairs, and probably their labor costs as well.
3. They advertise they can help you sell your UAV equipment by only charging 4.5% of the sale price...eBay charges 2.9%.
Sorry, I don't see this as an option at all. I see it as a rip off. There's no way I would send any of my drones into these folks. I guess there counting on people not doing their homework.
