pitch issue with steady grip

i just bought a yuneec 4k Q500 with cgo3 when i atach the gimbal to the "bird" everything is ok... But when i attach it with the steady grip the pitch control doesn't work i'm wontering if i do something wrong ? my firmware
in camera version is: 1.9.01(E).
anyone? help? Thank u!

Make sure to transfer that small black wire to the grip device.

If you mean the little pigtail with 3 pin yes i did

Call Yuneec and see if Andrew or Brian or someone can talk you through a solution.
