Problem installation update H520E

I have a problem installation of the software on my H520E drone.
When I connect the drone to the network, it downloads normally but only to the camera and OFDM and when I want to install it I have a problem because I have a message to connect the station to OFDM but when I connect it I have a message like in the attached pictures and nothing happens (I specially bought such a cable with 2 same ends). Where is the problem?

The Second message just says the application was not installed, which is consistent with the cable not working:


The last message says to plug and unplug the USB cable multiple times if it does not work the first time.
Have you tried to plug and unplug the cable a few times?

Yes of course, now I wonder if the cable is a defective one?
I'll see on another one tomorrow. I have this situation for the first time.

You might want to try a normal USB to micro USB cable using the USB port on the top edge of the controller beside the antenna. The cable has to be capable of data transfer, not just the typical charging cable.
