Well, it was worth a try! I did as you suggested, but when I tapped on "reformat SD Card" it said "Card not detected" and the green light on the camera kept blinking on and off. I'll try testing another card just to make sure the formatting works or not. My 32gb Class 10 card works just fine so no big deal here. Thanks for your help.

Download this program and do a complete format, not the fast one. The program was made by the people who make SD cards to help us out. It works very well and can rebuild a damaged card.
