I have an E20TVX thermal imaging camera, which unfortunately does not work well. After turning on the drone, it is possible to control the camera, but there is no image at all. After replacing the camera with another model, there is no problem, so the drone is OK, but the problem is with the camera. Which component in it is responsible for image transmission? (I am attaching photos)

There are many parts in the camera that can individually prevent video. Let's hope this is not a hardware issue.
For now, please note the camera movement and the camera video are completely different signals on older models. I do not know how the signal divisions work via the OFDM. The gimbal is probably controlled via the drone control signals and will work with any compatible gimbal. The camera signal is likely different and has to be bound at least once each time you add a new camera to the system.

Did you bind the E20TVX to the controller?

There is 2 boards inside the camera on the vertical arm, very easy to get into , the first one u will see I suspect is the board responsible for the image, on the older cameras it was a WiFi board but it’s probably a ofdm module in this unit. I’ll share some pictures of an e90x which should look pretty similar. The board underneath is the control board. Like WTFDproject said there is many things that could cause this issue, it could be the camera itself, the board that’s inside it, it could be the ribbon cable, it could be the control board or the ofdm board , it could be the 30 pin connector wire or it could be the connector itself, there is 2 many things that could cause the issue. If u open the camera look to see is all the wires connected correctly, make sure the boards don’t have any burnt or blown parts . This camera is a pretty expensive bit of kit so it’s a big risk to open it. It might be best to send to a repair shop, even if u can determine the fault yourself it would be next to impossible to get parts if needed.

It may be an interface board of some type, but the OFDM modules are only in the aircraft (master) and the ST16E (slave).

I’m curious does the e90x and e20tv or any other camera use the same board whatever it might be . The control board is probably different or at least has different software on it

I think you are correct, when u power on the drone without the camera u can connect the drone to the st16E via ofdm and this is the box behind the gimble mount. It doesn’t need two ofdm connections and it doesn’t show 2 on the controller so the camera clearly hasn’t got ofdm . I think my confusion came from comparing it to an e90 where that board was a wift transmitter if I’m correct
