Problem with US software on Leica camera and H3 drone

Hi.
1. I copied the file to the card from h-elsner, extracted these files to the card, the update started but it rebooted until I unplugged it after about 30 minutes. After switching it back on it is like this in the photo. Does this mean that both files (camera and drone) are now correct ie EU?
2) I have another problem with the camera because there is still no up and down camera adjustment, when I switch the left switch the camera goes up but the slider does not work.
3.The last problem is the arms are very hot (marked on the pictures) just hot from the back and a little less when I touch to the front.
Please advise what can be done in these cases.

Camera and drone, yes. Gimbal, probably not. That's sounds like what all the rebooting was about. Gimbal versions are not normally much to worry about, unless there is a gimbal problem. And, of course, you have a gimbal problem.

2) I have another problem with the camera.....
Please respond to post #18 above.

30 minutes is a very long time to run one of these cameras without a fan or without the propellers in flight. However, a damaged gimbal board or a gimbal board trying to fight a camera issue can also get hot. You actually said the arms. There is nothing in the arms except ribbons. If they are carrying enough current to heat the arms, they should have failed by now. Check the vertical arm to see if that is where the heat is coming from.
How long does the rear arm are take to get hot after starting from a fully cooled down condition?

I am sending pics of the card 1.Before inserting into the camera 2.After removing from the camera. The camera arms are so hot they are just steaming and this is regardless if now during the software change or before.
The slider works normally in RC Monitor, as I wrote earlier when I toggle the left switch the camera goes all the way up.

The files after the update confirm the drone and camera updated correctly. The gimbal file is ambiguous. The behavior of the camera during update suggests the gimbal did not update.

The arms getting hot is not something I have seen. Please clarify these points:
a.) Are the arm bends the ONLY area abnormally hot?
b.) Is the roll motor hot?
c.) Is the rear arm hot?

this is regardless if now during the software change or before.
This post, and your original post both seem to imply the camera was overheating prior to ever installing any firmware. To clarify:
a.) Was the camera overheating when on the original EU firmware?
b.) Was the original overheating limited to the same area as now?
c,) Was the gimbal pitch issue present before the first firmware update to US firmware?

From an earlier post:
I have 2 LEICA cameras but only one has a picture and the other when connecting to the camera it says "NO SSIDs found".
a.) Please clarify if the camera with "NO SSIDs found" is the camera with the overheating issue.

a.) Does the camera hang level and flat when not powered on?
b.) Are there any modifications to the camera?
c.) Has the camera ever been in a crash?
d.) Has the rear camera shell cover been replaced?

Also feel the black cover over the rear arm and the antenna ball to see if either are getting hot. I have been focused on the gimbal issue. But there is also the Wifi issue.
Possibly there will be a common cause, but eventually both will need to be addressed.
