Yuneec Q500 4K parts.
My Q500 was a problem since I bought it. Fly aways, controls working backward and more. Finally, I sent my Q500 in for repair under my Best Buy service agreement. Multiple issues; controller wouldn't calibrate the sticks, chassis was cracked and super glued, camera was beat up. The whole kit and caboodle is 370 days old. I never had a successful flight with it. (Turns out the controller was the problem from the get go). I thought my best outcome would be they send me a refurb. Much to my surprise and delight, Best Buy Repair Center said it was irreparable and gave me 100% refund in store credit. I bought a Mavic Air Fly More kit they had on sale to replace it! (Already have a Evo and Mavic Pro).
They kept the Q500, controller and camera. As a result, I now have the following 1 year old parts available:
1) 2 GiFi Power new batteries never flown
2) 1 Yuneec battery a year old with less than 2 hours on it.
3) 1 Yuneec Controller battery (they removed it before it was sent back)
4) 1 set of original Yuneec props (a few nicks)
5) 1 set of third party carbon fiber props. (never flown)
6) 1 camera to drone cable
7) 1 Yuneec battery charger
8) Miscellaneous pieces parts for the camera
9) Original Camera cover
10) Sun shield for controller
11) Nylon backpack carrier for Q500 with foam inserts
12) Original Retail packaging
13) Steady Grip for the camera, never used
14). New set of landing gear
