Q500.4k returning low battery

My q500 4k is activating low battery with 11.2v on controller. Any suggestions why this is happening.drone hasn't been operated in a while. I purchased it used.

The battery is likely old and beyond its recoverable life.
If it charges to full voltage then depletes almost immediately when under motor load, it is beyond use and must be replaced.
The battery can be tested on some aftermarket chargers. There are also some inexpensive battery checkers on the market. Or you can upload flight logs for review.
But again, if it charges to full voltage and shows little to no actual power capacity, it is finished.

Ok,well understandable! I ordered 2 today! During process I git itchy and purchased a q500+ I didn't want to wait on the batteries! So now I have 4k and +. Thanks for.info.

Ok,riddle me this! I decided to take the battery out of the 500+ and put in the 4k to fly it,,well the 4k went into low battery mode again within about 2 minutes with controller reading 11.5!! The 500+ that's battery's drone doing same thing. I ordered new battery's that arrived this evening .I'm going to see if it does same thing! I'll let you know what happens.
