Q500+ Update

I succeeded at updating Q500+ and I've run into a hang up trying to update ST10+ controller. I have the update software (still zipped as directed) on the (pre-blank) mini sd card. My computer shows it exists, the ST10+ controller can't seem to find it. Suggestions?

Hi, did you use the mini sd card that came with the Q500+? I tried one out of my GoPro Hero3+ (formatted clean) and could not get that one to work. I put the one that came with the Quad and it worked.

Only use USB2 port on computer (not the blue usb3 port) start w fully formatted (not quick format) Class 10 SD card. Should be 4 files on the SD card
