Real sense question

I received two h drones recently that have the Intel real sense system. The first h I bought was the last one in st Louis. It did not have this system on the craft. Somebody mentioned that they were surprised that I mentioned intel instead of real sense. I never heard of it until I saw it on mine. All of the videos I watched had nothing to do with this and I gather it's an upgrade to the oas that's already on there. Correct?

It is a more robust optical avoidance system than the sonar that comes standard. It allows for the Follow Me mode to work on its own to fly around obstacles. The other advantage to having the RealSense module is that it allows the IPS (Indoor Positioning Sensor) mode of flight. Make sure you read and fully understand the section in the extended manual that explains how these modes work. Failure to do so can cause unexpected results.
