Recovering video

I turned off my H and the ST-10 before I stopped recording video and I will lose the video I shot. I saw instructions somewhere (?) on how to go back and recover the video......any help will be appreciated

Turn everything back on, start recording and stop. This has worked for me.

I've forgotten to stop the recording a couple of times myself (it's an age thing). Doing the above has always worked for me.
