Sending CGO3+ in for refocusing.

I contacted Yuneec about the situation with my camera.
I sent them a screenshot of footage from both copters pulled up in a side by side comparison.
The fellow on the phone pulled up my email with the picture and agreed that it definitely was out of focus.
I am sending them proof of purchase and they are having me send in the just the camera for refocusing.

I also mentioned that one of my batteries was slightly bulging.
They are having me supply them with proof of purchase and are going to send me a replacement.

I don't mind if they swap it out, as long as it is one that is in focus.
Hopefully...
 
The just sent me a prepaid ups shipping label.
I will be shipping it out tomorrow.
We will see how things go.
 
You might ask if they will cross ship a replacement. They did for me. Of course, there is no guarantee that the replacement will be focused correctly. Might be better if they actually refocus yours.
 
I am hoping they refocus mine instead of send out a new one.
 
Here is the side by side comparison that I sent in to Yuneec.
The left side is my brothers Q500 4K.
The right side is my Typhoon H.
They emailed back and said that it is definitely in need of repair.
