had to do a hard reset and now can’t pick up my unit but can the remote syncs with the camera although when I look at the bind screen I see no drone

Did U follow the manual to rebind to the H you need to tilt it 45degrees twice to but the h in bind mode.
Follow the bind procedure in the manual. See if that works.
