How do I turn off the sound on my cgo2+ camera. Guess old age is creeping up on me, can't remember how to do this. Searched all the threads I could find and nothing. Searched my st10+ and nothing. I acquired this on an online deal ,my second q500+. I love flying these big birds. I have not updated at all and I know the firmware is not the most recent,,still old, but I am happy just to fly it as is. When I watch flights on sd card, noise drives us crazy. Yes I can turn sound off on computer but I know there is a way to shut sound off. May be use the hand held to find it EH! Been on here now for several years and Know someone for sure can refresh my memory. Thanks in advance. Peace, KC

I recall the CGo2+ audio was "OFF" by default and had to be turned on manually at each start up. The question was always "How do I get it to stay on?". The answer was always "You can't.". But your question sounds like someone may have found a way for a " Yes, you can".
Anyway, these are the steps to turn it "ON" for a standard unit running current firmware. If this does not match what you have, please send similar pics of the screens on your system and tell us the firmware versions of camera, drone and ST10+.

Hey Tom. Thanks for reply. Give me a while I need to assess this better. This is a Q500+ I bought on mercari for 180 bucks. My original q500+ works fantastic. This one was crashed and I replaced props and broken antennae wire. It has old,I mean original program,so settings icon doesn't show on st10+. There is a camera setting number top left corner of screen gives shutter speed,50 right now. I will post some pics asap give me a while as son bought me a new phone [ipad] and I am lost with it,will stick with this old lap top.But thanks for now will reply .It does fly aok but I get half the flight time compared to my older Q500+ [cyclops1]. Very windy here in Mi. and geo mag warnings have been bad for flying. Finally getting back into flying,Whew!!. KC
Finally getting back to this,been messing with new ruko device,and the q500+ in question is not 4k but cgo3plus. Your attachment is for a 4k thus the gear settings icon on the screen.This st10+ has no settings icon on screen and I am gonna compare it to original cyclops which is also a q500+. Darn I love these big birds,currentlygetting my son to fly these yuneec's that will be his someday.Can't seem to find a screen that gives me what we are looking for. Still have GUI for these,will that give me what I am looking for ,info on st10+? I don't think so. Darn I feel so stupid.I would post pics but can't find what we want. KC

Could it be that your ST10 that came with the second drone is a ST10, not a ST10+? The (old) ST10 has a smaller screen and of course another FW, thus screen may differ.
I am so dumb. Yes it is a cgo2+ yes shutter speed is top left would firmware be in gui cus no page I can find on st10+ will try pictures with the apple device that I so despise!

Can you reach this firmware notation? If so, what does it say on yours?
Does your ST10+ have this Audio switch when camera is powered on and bound to the controller?

Tom. I just realized what I did wrong,thanks to you,,key was when camera is on. I been doing this with just the st10+. No camera installed. I mised that completely and was stewing about it this whole time. As so often in the past you are the Man. I will post more tomorrow. This will definitely get me into the area I been looking for.
