You'll get better time just plugging the ST-16 into a standard 2.0A USB wall charger. Just don't leave it plugged in for a long time after reaching 100%.

In many cases the USB cable used for charging is the bottleneck. Most of the Micro-USB cable are too thin for 2A or even 1A. Some let only 600mA through, some less, some more.
I use a 2.5A power supply, originally bought for a Raspberry Pi. The cable is mounted on it and gives full power. After 2-3h the ST16 battery is full. Good enough for me...
I am going to assume that were referring to the h480 st16 battery with the ec2 connection and not the new st16S battery. I use venom pro 3 charger with ec2 leads amps is set to 6 amps 3.6v. Recharge time 1hr 50 min to 2 hours 10 min pending on how discharge the battery becomes. I have 5 st16s battery for the h480.
