St-16+ just died while installing update

the St 16 just completely turned off.... so I thought it might be a charging issue, placed on charge for 5 hours using provided cable and iPad usb charger plug...it turns on no fan then screen goes black and stays there... anyone know a reset( yes I tried removing the battery for several mins then reinstalling).

I rembemer reading that and totally wasn’t able to find it when I was looking for it.... thank you so much. The ST 16 has rebooted Thank you for all your help....
