ST16 battery replacement

Hello everyone,
I am letting you know right away that I am a newbie and someone who learns from books and online sources. So please don’t be surprised if I say something foolish.
I’m looking for a new battery for ST16. I can’t post a photo here, because my only way to get online is my iPhone, and the photo extension is not supported here.
The battery is:

YP-3A (NCR18650PH-3) 16/09
3.6V 8700 mAh 31.32 Wh
Rechargeable Li-lion Battery pack for ST16

Could you please suggest some online places to buy it?
I have seen one on eBay, however, on the photos by the seller it’s clear that the cable is not attached to the battery.
I don’t see any way to remove the cable from the old battery and attach it to the replacement battery.
Again, I am a newbie and I am learning, so many things that you have learned long ago I may not even know.
Am I changing it correctly? I have the charging unit on and connect the ground station via a USB cable. The cable was not included, I just got one that fits.
I don’t put the charging unit into the drone batteries charging mode; I just connect the ground station. Yesterday the battery was 4% charged. Before going to work, I asked a family member to shut the charging unit off, and he did so. In the morning the battery was 48%, then within a couple of hours went back to almost zero. I concluded that the battery has to be replaced.
I am kindly asking you to let me know if I charge it correctly. If not, please explain what I do wrong.
If I am correct… Where in the world can I get the replacement battery?

Since you have the ST16 controller it means you have the H920+ aircraft and not the H920 that uses the ST24 controller.

Please confirm so your thread can be placed in the proper sub-forum.

I would also suggest reaching out to eBay vendor design4precision, this vendor was a Yuneec Service Center when they had those here in the U.S. You could message them about this and/or other Yuneec needs. Hi all, I'm new here and still learning, so please bear with me! I’m looking for a replacement battery for my ST16 (YP-3A, NCR18650PH-3). The one on eBay doesn’t include the cable, and I’m unsure how to attach it. Also, can someone confirm if I’m charging it correctly? Any recommendations on where to buy a replacement? Thanks in advance!

The battery you saw on eBay was probably for the ST-16S/ST16E. All have YP-3A batteries inside, but the battery case is different. This is not the first time sellers have confused someone by referring to a battery as "YP-3A". eBay sellers in general have no idea what battery goes with which controller/drone kit. You see all kinds of mismatch between the battery listed and the controllers/drones the seller thinks they will fit.
You need the battery for ST16, such as:
