It looks like the potentiometer on the J2 stick is either dirty, out of calibration or damaged. Neither factory reset nor channel settings will correct this issue.
Important questions:
1.) Is the condition constant? Asked another way; Does it come back to the same value each time the stick is released?
2.) Does the stick return to center physically when released?
3.) Does J2 feel the same as the other stick positions?

There is another calibration option that might be available depending on the answer to the questions above. Otherwise, doing stick maintenance, component replacement or controller calibration may resolve the issue. Without knowing the answer to the questions above, the best approach is to do stick cleaning first, then controller calibration, then repair (and re-calibrate) if needed.

Thank you for getting back to me. To answer your questions:
This condition has persisted even after replacing the stick.
The stick movement is smooth.
The stick returns to center each time and the value is the same with no apparent glitching. The yaw function is the only one that seems to be off a bit.
