Might be worth listing the symptoms, just in case someone knows a solution wihout a reset. Or might know it's not even a controller fault, just saying.

The remote screen freezes as soon as I take off. A few weeks ago it would be about 5 minutes into the flight it would freeze. Now it just freezes and reboots, but still freezes after the reboot. therflight controls still work but not the screen.

Just to confirm you are referring to the H and not the H Plus?

Connect the ST16 to your computer and check the amount of free space remaining.
