ST16 wont start.

My name is André and im from Sweden.
I recently got a problem with my drone Typhoon H Plus.
My ST16 remote starts up and show the Flight mode picture and then flash it
over and over. Nothing works with buttons and i cant get into the setting. Later it says
.unfortunately google play services has stopped
and also
unfortunately android.process.media has stopped.
I have search the internet the whole day but no solution.
After some restarts and try to charge battery and connect with cable its even worse.
Now it just loop the start-up screen with the yuneec logo.
I have send messages to Yuneec but no answer.
Is there someone who have any idea what to do?

This could be as simple as a battery problem.
The first thing is to ensure the battery is fully charged.
There is also a possibility the battery is bad. In this case, the voltage may be good, but there is no capacity behind it.

If the battery is good, the issues become hardware problems, FlightMode APP corruption, conflicts with aftermarket firmware, failed update attempt, etc. I would recommend a factory reset and reinstallation of the FlightMode APK, along with restoring your preferred WiFi, language, security and Time zone settings.
You cannot do a normal factory reset with the conditions you describe.
It may be possible to induce a factory reset using the method described in this document:

i found at that there is many versions. How do i know wich one to use?

If you do not know the currently installed version, I would recommend using Build 822. It is the most commonly used.

hi again, now i have tried all version for the update-reboot. My ST16 still just show the yuneec logo and flash it some times. Then it restart and do the same over and over. Do you have anymore ideas how to fix it? Is there any comapny in Europe that fix Yuneec?

If you do not know the currently installed version, I would recommend using Build 822. It is the most commonly used.

I FIX IT!!! I used the minimal ADB fastboot that was in a folder with st16 tools. Now its just to update the system and also the drone. Really big thanks from my heart for your help.
