Can I use the ST16 to control another drone. If so, how do I bind them?

What other drone do you want to bind? It can be used for a couple of Yuneec products, but none other that I know about.

It's a Mavic Pro. The RC has a fault so I wondered about using the H one.

They will not be compatible. You will need to get a DJI product... what controllers will work with what aircraft, would be a question at the Mavic forum.
