The images do not appear to indicate an issue with UpdatePilot. The system either does not like something about the DataPilot that is currently installed, the newly downloaded version of DataPilot has a corrupt signature, or possibly an issue with Android security settings (ensure "unknown sources" is checked in settings/security)
If it was mine, I would download the APK to an SD card and install it manually.
If it still will not install, you can try deleting the currently installed DataPilot and try the SD card manual install again.
